  • Prices as listed; subject to change.
  • Payment at checkout or delivery; all sales final unless defective.
  • Group orders via WhatsApp require confirmation; minimums may apply.

3. Delivery and Pickup
  • Delivery via Bolt Food; times approximate.
  • No liability for delays beyond control (e.g., traffic, weather).
  • Inspect orders upon receipt; report issues within 1 hour for refunds/replacements.

4. Products and Food Safety
  • Ftira and meals made fresh; ingredients listed where possible.
  • Notify us of allergies; we disclaim liability for unreported reactions.
  • Consume promptly; no warranty on perishable items.

5. Loyalty Scheme
  • More information to be announced upon launch.
  • Scheme may end anytime; no cash value.
  • Abuse (e.g., fraud) results in termination.

6. Events and Promotions
  • Student events (e.g., tournaments, karaoke) for 18+; ID required.
  • Participation at own risk; no liability for injuries.
  • Cancellations: Notice given; no refunds for no-shows.

7. In-Shop Dining
  • Hours: As posted; subject to change.
  • Follow health/safety rules; disruptive behavior leads to removal.
  • No outside food; pets prohibited unless service animals.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refunds for errors only; request within 24 hours.
  • Cancellations before preparation; no refunds after.
  • Events: Refunds if we cancel; otherwise, non-refundable.
